Former Fernandina Beach Mayor Bradley Bean penned an opinion editorial in the weekly News Leader August 5, that neatly summed up the current city’s commission in a single sentence writing: “Our current city commission doesn’t have a revenue problem, they have a willingness to rob you problem.”
