Teachers Unions Could Teach AP Courses In Fraud

National teachers’ unions are making the Mafia look like pikers and are competing with The Southern Poverty Law Center and Minnesota’s Somali fraudsters in operating massive scams.

Teachers’ unions have spent more than $1 billion on political activity and advocacy since 2015, according to The Center Square news outlet, which reported the American Federation of Teachers and the National Education Association together directed $669 million in federal political spending and an additional $336 million in state and local spending.

The total includes member dues, political action committee contributions, and Committee on Political Education funds. Teachers’ unions collect COPE and PAC dollars separately from their dues and fees. There is no money collected that appears to go toward improving the education of America’s children, just money to fund left-wing causes and funds to help elect more radical extremists to keep the money flowing.

This past May 1, teachers, with the unions’ encouragement, urged students to skip school and advocate for socialist causes. Chicago Mayor Brandon Johnson, who speaks as though he never made it through elementary school, encouraged his city’s students to skip classes that day. I assume, so they could emulate him.

It’s obvious these students have never been taught civics or history. I witnessed a smiling young Chicago teen, holding up a sign advocating socialism at a Chicago protest being interviewed on TV. He was well groomed and polite. When asked by a TV reporter if he knew what socialism was and the history of Stalin or Mao, he admitted he did not.

Kids are also not getting an education in economic theory, or the history of economic systems. If they did, they would have learned about the demise of the Soviet Union and communism and know something about socialism. It’s concerning that there is such widespread ignorance and lack of any understanding of how American capitalism works among students and young adults.

These students and most adults under 50 don’t know that socialism has failed everywhere it has been tried. Or that millions have suffered and died under socialist rule? They have not been taught in their classrooms about Stalin, Hitler, Mao, Pol Pot, Mussolini, Castro, Chavez, or others like them.

While Johnson, the idiot Mayor of Chicago, was out making speeches encouraging his city’s students to skip school, it was revealed that barely 25 percent of Chicago’s public-school students can’t read or do math at grade level.

Why isn’t the mayor out in the streets demanding Chicago school teachers do their jobs? The real “Mayday” distress call is that America’s public school system is failing its students because of the socialists running it.

I’ve read several articles saying that people who hang out with CEO’s and billionaires relay that, despite whatever we may hear about complaints about Trump and tariffs, almost all the rich guys are voting for conservatives as they clearly understand what would happen to them and their corporations if leftist radicals take control.

The media and the polls have it wrong again. People like Elizabeth Warren, Bernie Sanders, Zohran Mamdani, Gavin Newsome and Kamala Harris and the Democrats in general, scare the hell out of most independents.

The midterm vote will not be for Trump, but against the far-left policies being proposed by Democrats. The press and pollsters can talk about how much people hate Trump, but they hate socialism and far left extremist policies even more. That does not show up in most polls.

The nice quiet folks in the suburbs don’t want a bunch of illegal immigrants clogging their school systems and hospital emergency rooms and living on their dime. They do not want to worry about going out at night. They do not want men in their daughters’ restrooms or locker rooms. They don’t want teachers encouraging sex change operations for their kids. They don’t want rampant crime and no-bail prosecutors invading their local governments. They do not want high taxes to ruin their lifestyles.

Socialists like Seattle’s Mayor Katie Wilson and Mamdani, the mayor of New York City, have based the foundation of their socialist programs on the idea that the magical geese that lay the golden eggs – the “rich” – are going to pay for it all.

But how does that work when the geese go lay their eggs somewhere else?

New York Democrat Governor Kathy Hochul is finding out. She defied her state’s wealthy residents to “go to Florida.” So, they did. She’s now humiliatingly begging them to return and pay for her cockamamie socialist nonsense. Fat chance.

This woman is as dim as she looks. Those that follow her lead are even dimmer.

Ms. Minshew parading.

Fernandina’s Faces Of Fraud: Fernandina Beach City Commissioners Genece Minshew and Tim Poynter, who were both recently rescued from a citizen recall effort by a judge’s ruling, are thumbing their noses at residents. They have both filed  to run for mayor in the next election.

The mayor’s position is purely ceremonial giving that position no more authority than any other commissioner. However, if elected, one of these two would become the face of the city. Is Minshew’s or Poynter’s face one its residents want to present?

Minshew is a liar and a fraud, and nobody knows what Poynter stands for except his own downtown businesses.

When initially registering to run for office Minshew was a registered Democrat. Upon filing to run she immediately changed her registration to Republican, assuming that the Republican majority hereabouts wasn’t paying attention to the “D” previously next to her name. Following her 19-vote squeaker win she immediately switched back to “D”. No explanation was given for her bait and switch except a brusque: “Because I wanted to!” when asked.

Fernandina Beach City Hall 2026.

As head of the local Pride organization, she publicly stated he wanted to make Fernandina Beach a “Gay” vacation destination. During the election, when asked in a voter questionnaire and by reporters if she still favored doing so, she refused to answer.

Despite overwhelming business and citizen opposition, both Minshew and Poynter have been  staunch advocates of the controversial paid parking brouhaha that has citizen groups calling for their recall. Their actions have resulted in lost revenues to city businesses and have city officials sitting in a back room of city hall counting paid parking cash and cackling like greedy Scrooge McDucks.

Their mayoral candidacies come shortly after they were the targets of a citizen-led recall effort tied to their support of the city’s paid parking program. A judge  recently ruled that policy disagreements over paid parking were not sufficient grounds for removal from office.

Minshew, her slick sidekick Poynter, the chamber’s plastic potted plant James Antun, and Chip Ross sock puppet Joyce Tuten, are collectively attempting to turn Fernandina into a miniature southern replica of corruption-riddled Minneapolis.

With the exception of  Commissioner Darron Ayscue, who is running unopposed for reelection, this Commission is a disaster and turning Fernandina into a Florida laughingstock.

Quotes Worth Repeating: “The film looks suspiciously like the game itself.” Bum Phillips, New Orleans Saints coach, after viewing a lopsided loss to the Atlanta Falcons:

“One of the major differences between Donald Trump and all other presidents is that what the other presidents said behind closed doors, Trump says in public. He has no filter.” – anonymous.

“The one thing I’ve always noticed about the protesters is that many of them desperately need the exercise they get by screaming, aimlessly walking back-and-forth and in circles as from the looks of them they don’t miss many dinner bells.” – anonymous.
