Iran doesn’t need sleeper cells in the U.S. when it has the Democrat party and the media as its Fifth Column.
The Democrat’s irrational hatred of Donald Trump has turned them into a dangerous anti-American organization that only a few years ago would have been labeled traitors and condemned by the mainstream media that today have become the propaganda megaphones for the Democrats.
Just three years ago, a resolution condemning the terrorist Iranian regime passed the House by a vote of 420-1. Just recently 53 House Democrats refused to reaffirm that Iran remains the world’s largest state sponsor of terrorism.
In little more than three weeks Trump has accomplished what five presidents before him said were their goals: preventing Iran from building nuclear weapons; stopping it from killing Americans; preventing it from attacking Israel; and threatening other middle eastern countries with its fanatical Islamic proxies such as Hezbollah, Hamas, and the Houthis.
Former administrations tried everything to prevent Iran from securing nuclear weapons: threats , being nice, moral persuasion, negotiations, economic sanctions, and agreements. None of it worked. There is only one language Iran understands.
When Trump succeeds, and it appears as though he will, it will prove to have been the right decision for the country and whatever party wins the next election,
Success by the Trump administration is abhorrent to Democrats and they’re doing everything they can to ensure he fails, no matter how severe the consequences to the U.S. They’re blinded by their hatred and incoherent in their anger, dismissing any fatal consequences. Their words and actions demonstrate that they would rather see America and its allies suffer than have Trump succeed.
It’s only been three weeks, and the media say that the campaign is dragging on, that it’s a forever war, that we’re losing, that the Pentagon and the Trump administration have no plans.
Democrats and the media ignore reports from the Pentagon and the White House and Israel that say the Iranian navy is sitting at the bottom of the sea, its air force no longer exists, its air defenses destroyed and the internally feared and hated Revolutionary Guard under constant and enormous assault. Its command and control are destroyed. Its missile defense is gone. Its output of missiles and drones fired at the Gulf petrol states and Israel are down by 90%. Its leadership has been eliminated and the handful left are being picked off daily like plastic ducks in a county fair shooting arcade.
Despite the evidence Democrats and their media allies report utter nonsensical fiction about Secretary of War Pete Hegseth spending millions of dollars on lobster and steaks for his own use and spouting that Trump has no plan and doesn’t know what he’s doing.
The Democrat Party and its media pals are not only encouraging America’s enemies and hoping the U.S. military fails, but it has also become a rabid anti-American entity. The mainstream media gleefully reports anything that promotes the left’s goal of winning a majority back in Congress in the midterm elections thereby diluting Trump’s authority.
The only outside journalists allowed into Iran are from CNN, and they report the party line that comes out of what’s left of the Iranian theocracy and the left leaning dictates of their Democrat Party pals. There is no accurate reporting by a legitimate unbiased news organization inside Iran.
Details of the destruction and damage inflicted on the Iranian regime are provided by U.S. and Israeli military film footage and their military and government leadership reports. Iranian dissidents, and Iran’s battered Arab neighbors that confirm the accounts of U.S. and Israeli successes.
Even former President Bill Clinton advisor Mark Penn and Andrew Stein, once a N.Y. City Council president, agree. In a recent Wall Street Journal piece (On Iran, Is Only Bad News Fit to Print?) these two say that the media, particularly the New York Times, has jumped the tracks in their reporting on the Iranian war writing: “Much of the news media is determined to advance a narrative that Trump is wrong about everything and the U.S, is getting its clock cleaned by a powerful Iranian war machine.”
CNN “Journalists” report the pap coming from the Iranian theocracy that: “It has successfully made the transition to new leadership.”
The left has constructed an alternate reality that views the war as politically advantageous to its agenda to recapture power in the United States. By cheering against the U.S., the Democrats and their media pals are attempting to convince the public, that we’re losing, we may deserve to lose, and it’s all Trump’s fault. They’re hoping that their anti-American sentiment will lead to achieving a majority in Congress during the midterms.
It’s sad when American success against such evil doesn’t produce realities but instead generates condemnation from those that should be reporting the facts.
It doesn’t make any sense. Well, unless you’re cheering for the terrorist regime and you’re a Democrat infected with Trump Derangement Syndrome.

Democrats Endangering The Public: Democrats refusal to fund the Department of Homeland Security places an extraordinary degree of danger on every American, particularly during the Iranian conflict.
Democrats, specifically the inarticulate arrogant, hypocritical Chuck Schumer, Senate Minority leader and equally inept House Minority Leader, Hakeem Jefferies, publicly chant that it’s the Republicans that are refusing to fund DHS. That’s a blatant lie as Republicans voted repeatedly to fund the agency while Democrats repeatedly vote “NO.”
Would anybody feel safe if these two political clowns were in charge?
Due to the Iranian conflict the threat level has risen exponentially, and Democrats are making pawns of every American who boards a plane, train, bus or goes about his or her daily routine in a public venue.
Why didn’t Democrats take their anger out on Joe Biden? It was his open borders that allowed millions of undocumented unvetted illegals that pose the greatest threat to pour into the U.S. The Trump administration is rounding them up and Democrats don’t like that as they view them as potential voters.
The Democrat Party claims it believes in enforcing laws with the exception of those it doesn’t approve of, which it encourages its followers to resist.
Innocent Americans dying at at the hands of these crazed fanatics is worth it to Democrats.

Wait! What? A local example of an angry individual suffering from severe Trump Derangement Syndrome is Jerry Turk, who occupies space on the editorial page of the weekly Community Press Nassau newspapers.
I’ve never met Mr. Turk and base my observations exclusively on the opinions he writes in that publication.
Turk isn’t a full-blown liberal as he has appeared at times to have had some periods of lucidity. However, his hatred for Donald Trump blurs any sense of editorial balance.
He has so far refrained from getting on board with Democrats’ extreme nutty ideas of transgendered bathrooms, open borders, free social services for noncitizens, sanctuary zones for illegal alien criminals, and child mutilation surgery. Instead of criticizing Democrats for promoting these extremist views Turk uses his space to spew irrational Trump hatred.
He writes that by attacking Iran Trump (March 11, 2026) is “squandering blood and treasure” despite producing no evidence to justify his claim. Turk ignores Iran’s nuclear weapons program and its leaders chanting “Death to America” and their leaders’ hands dripping with American blood. He writes “Massive bloodshed, inhumane tragedies, and obvious atrocities resulted from blind support for Israel and poorly executed Middle Eastern interventions. Israel must finance and resolve its own endless wars; no one else can or should,” he adds.
Turk obviously favors Joe Biden’s “hard line” with Iran and its proxies, which consisted of one word: “Don’t.” Decisiveness, strength, military brilliance and a solid alliance with Israel, a close competent and potent ally, are incomprehensible to this guy. He prefers groveling apologies and American indecisiveness.
If people thought and behaved like Turk in the 1940s there would be a massive European population speaking German today, very few if any Jews, no Israel, and the Cold War would have ended with Europe Communist dominated.
Turk should read Ken Timmerman’s columns on the same page as his screeds to obtain perspective on what is really taking place in the Middle East and what led to the current situation. Local resident, Timmerman, is a nationally acclaimed author of books on Iran and a former Time Magazine journalist based in the Middle East and continues to maintain authoritative contacts there.
What are Turk’s credentials?
Social media – with the free speech drum banging – has made opinion writing sloppy, cheap to produce, and expressed without credentials. Just look at X.
One of the main things I’ve learned from history is that hardly anyone learns a damn thing from history. If we did, then the history of the thirties and forties of the previous century would have taught us to pay attention to what lunatics say they’re going to do. They often do it. A certain demented Great War corporal set out most of his evil ideas in his 1923 book “Mein Kampf.” As the Nazis rearmed Germany they did everything but post their intentions on every bulletin board in the Pentagon and in Whitehall. Democracies, which could have smothered the horrors to come early on, did nothing. As a result 65 million people died and most of the world was left in ruins. Iran has been conducting war against the United States since the mad mullahs came to power in 1979. They’ve consistently promised death to the Great Satan (that’s us) and have killed Americans at every opportunity, including 241 Marines at one crack through their subcontractor, Hezbollah, in 1983. They’ve been attempting to develop a nuclear weapon and the ICBM to deliver it anywhere they want to. (Read Israel and the U.S.) They need to be taken off the table. Those who oppose doing so are content to wait for the mushroom clouds to appear over Israel and America. We finally have a president with enough hair on his backside to do what needs to be done. He should be supported. We live in a dangerous world. The dangers don’t go away by ignoring them. We’ve tried that. It didn’t end well.

You seem to take regular enjoyment in berating Democrats for their frustrations and justifiable anger toward Donald Trump. However, as witnessed last Saturday with the largest political protest in the history of our country, many millions of Americans view Trump as the most corrupt, classless, narcissistic, deceitful, stupid and cold hearted president ever to occupy the Oval Office. When very sane, accomplished and respected Democrats talk about Donald Trump, they point out his lack of morals, ethics and values, let alone any empathy, integrity, or wisdom. You choose to ignore these truths and facts and call what they’re saying as being Trump Derangement Syndrome.
The many ways he has hurt our country and its citizens are practically countless. He helped kill hundreds of thousands because he minimized COVID for too long, while holding super spreader campaign rallies. He’s pardoned every idiot that violently caused the January 6th insurrection and resulted in several deaths. He’s made our country a more dangerous place to live with too many barely trained masked ICE agents breaching the rules of normalcy as they pursue almost anyone whose skin color is darker. He has us in an unauthorized war that is spreading dangerously to other countries…a war that most Americans didn’t want. He has crushed vitally important agencies that protect our country, our environment and our citizens. He uses the power of the presidency to enrichen himself in any way he can…bibles, hats, coins, crypto, deals with the Saudis, etc….even likely from other rich felons who probably bought his pardons. He…..aw hell, the list of the stupid, ignorant and harmful things he’s done, often while hosting parties and playing far too much golf is just too damn long to post here.
Mr. Scott, you need to do a better job of recognizing the truths, rather than berating those millions of us, now rapidly leaning toward the majority of this country, who DO see this dangerous individual for who he really is. Your position is indefensible when all the facts about this man are laid out. He’s a horrible president and terrible person.
There may still be hope that our country will eventually recover from all the immense damage and pain this man has caused us. But it will take a long time. In the meantime, we will continue to try to educate those of you who find it so difficult to agree with us simply because you would have to admit that your judgment of this man was so flawed.
Remember when you Republicans warned us that if we voted for Kamala, we’d be fighting higher gas prices, higher inflation and be in a war with Iran within three years? Well, you were right. We voted for Kamala…and all those things came true.

After stewing on this a bit, I thought I would share a few of “My Credentials,” as you ask. As I have said often, I always voted for Trump. I have always been critical of government and, particularly, self-serving politicians, Trump being the “poster boy” for that group. My recent article in the Yulee News clearly spells out my position. You or anybody else is welcome to call me what you wish. As anyone who knows me will attest, “It rolls off me, like water on a duck’s back.” But anyone not being critical of our government, Republican or Democrat, today, particularly the incompetent, ignorant democrats, and being honest, republicans are not doing much better, and particularly Trump, who clearly does not respect America’s system or even remotely understand our Constitutional Republic. Regrettably, you are apparently in that group. Strongly suggest you do a little research and listen to something other than Fox for your information and opinions. A few credentials below:
1. Grew up in Columbus, Georgia, home of Ft Benning, once the US Army’s largest base. Been a hard-ass southern conservative all my life.
2. My uncle died fighting in WW2, in the Pacific.
3. My father served in WW2, in North Africa and Europe
4. I joined the Navy out of high school on the 120-day delayed enlistment plan. Went to “A” School in Newport, RI, where I volunteered for my first tour of duty in Vietnam. Did “SERE” training in Warner Springs, California. Landed in Da Nang, Viet Nam, 8/11/67, 14 months after graduating from high school. Eight months later, in the middle of the Tet Offensive, I volunteered to return to Da Nang for my 2nd tour. I always served “in country,” as we called it, never spent one day aboard a ship. Landed as an E2, left as an E5. Saw things the likes of you would not understand.
So if my being critical of Trump disturbs you, or your other Fragile Flower followers who wish to toss around the “TDS” label, or worse, the “Europe would mostly speak German” label. Then have at it, displaying your ignorance. Suggest you not let your over-polished bio go to your head.
